New Delhi, Oct 2(APAC Media): Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra could cost more than its predecessor. The upcoming flagship is expected to launch in February 2027, with early leaks pointing to changes in its chipset, display and design.
Galaxy S27 Ultra Price Leak
The Galaxy S27 Ultra is reportedly expected to start at $1,399 in the US, according to information attributed to tipster Anthony. This would be a $100 increase over the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which launched at $1,299.
The Galaxy S27 Pro, meanwhile, is expected to retain the $1,299 launch price. These prices have not been confirmed by Samsung and could change before the official launch.
Exynos 2700 Chipset
Samsung is reportedly testing its next-generation Exynos 2700 chipset ahead of its expected December 2026 launch. The chip is expected to use a 2nm manufacturing process and could power the Galaxy S27 Ultra in some markets.
Early reports claim Samsung is testing the processor, graphics and NPU performance, although specific benchmark figures have not been revealed yet. The Exynos 2700 is expected to compete with upcoming flagship chips from Qualcomm, MediaTek and Apple.
Galaxy S27 Ultra Display And Design
The Galaxy S27 series is also expected to use Samsung’s M16 OLED display material. Reports suggest the new panels could offer higher brightness and improved colour reproduction while maintaining power efficiency.
Leaks also point to a redesigned camera layout for the Galaxy S27 Ultra. The phone is expected to feature a pill-shaped camera element and vertically arranged cameras inside a rectangular camera housing.
Samsung has not confirmed the Galaxy S27 Ultra specifications, pricing or launch details yet. More information is expected to emerge ahead of the company’s expected 2027 flagship launch.
