New Delhi: ISS Facility Services India, a leading provider of integrated facilities management, has appointed Dr. Shakti Singh Chauhan as the Executive Director for Industry and Manufacturing (I&M) Operations. In this role, Dr. Chauhan will oversee efforts to improve operational efficiencies and introduce innovative strategies in the company’s Industry and Manufacturing portfolio in India.
The appointment reflects ISS India’s focus on strengthening its leadership as it seeks to adapt to evolving market demands. Dr. Chauhan, who brings over 20 years of experience in industries such as ITES, banking, retail, and telecommunications, is known for his expertise in operations, space planning, supply chain, security, and facilities management.
Commenting on the appointment, Aksh Rohatgi, Managing Director for ISS Asia Pacific, stated that senior leadership appointments are critical to navigating India’s economic growth and ISS’s strategic focus on innovation and sustainability.
Dr. Chauhan’s career includes senior roles such as Country Head of Facility Management at 32nd Milestone, Senior Vice President for Facilities at HDFC Bank, and Country Head for Integrated Facilities at Reliance Retail. His experience positions him to address challenges and opportunities in the facilities management sector, which is witnessing increased demand for sustainable and efficient solutions.
Dr. Chauhan holds a Ph.D. in Management from JJT University, Rajasthan, with research focused on facility management costs in Indian retail—a background that equips him to align operational strategies with industry trends.
This leadership move comes as ISS India explores ways to expand its services and maintain growth in a competitive market.
