Ahmedabad, September 2(APAC Media): Amit Shah takes charge of HR at Ahmedabad International Airport, bringing experience across aviation, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Adani Airport Holdings Limited has appointed Amit Shah as Head of Human Resources for Ahmedabad International Airport. Shah has been associated with Adani Airport Holdings since February 2021 and previously served as HR Lead, where he worked on workforce planning, budgeting and talent management across regional airport operations.
Amit Shah’s HR Experience
Shah brings experience across aviation, manufacturing, logistics and infrastructure. Before taking up his latest role, he worked with the Adani Group’s solar business in Mundra, where he was involved in setting up and managing workforce operations.
Earlier in his career, Shah held HR leadership and plant HR roles at Coromandel International, LavaCast and Tata Automotive Stamping & Assembly Limited. His experience covers workforce planning, employee management and HR operations across large industrial environments.
Educational Background
Shah holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Sardar Patel University. He also has postgraduate diplomas in Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
His appointment comes as Adani Airport Holdings continues to expand and manage its airport operations, increasing the focus on workforce planning, talent development and people management across its portfolio.
