New Delhi, September 2(APAC Media): Chandrakala Kawle has joined Tachyon Technologies as Head of HR, taking charge of the company’s human resources function as it focuses on growth and organisational development.
Chandrakala Kawle’s New Role
She brings more than 18 years of experience in strategic HR, people analytics, HR technology and AI-led transformation. At Tachyon Technologies, she will oversee the company’s people strategy, with responsibilities spanning talent development, leadership growth and workplace culture.
Her role will also involve aligning HR processes and talent initiatives with the company’s broader business requirements. The appointment comes as organisations increasingly integrate technology and analytics into their HR functions.
Previous Experience
Before joining Tachyon Technologies, Kawle held roles at Mondee, RealPage, Deloitte and Cloud4C Services. Her career has included work across global business environments, with experience covering human resources, people analytics and technology-led HR initiatives.
The move adds an experienced HR leader to Tachyon Technologies’ management team, with her focus expected to include talent development and strengthening the company’s HR framework.
