New Delhi: Epsilon, a US-based data and technology company, has appointed Pratik Nath as the Managing Director of its India Global Capabilities Centre (GCC). In this role, Nath will lead Epsilon’s India operations, focusing on optimizing service delivery and strengthening the company’s engineering capabilities.
Leadership Transition at Epsilon India
With over 25 years of experience in technology and engineering, Nath has worked in key leadership roles across the sector. Before joining Epsilon, he was Vice President of India IP Development at Oracle Cerner, where he managed strategy and product delivery for a 2,000-member team. His expertise spans engineering, platform development, and innovation-driven growth.
Epsilon’s Chief Technology Officer, Myron Sojka, noted that Nath’s experience in engineering and innovation aligns with the company’s goals for its India operations. “His ability to foster a culture of innovation will help strengthen Epsilon India’s contribution to our global strategy,” Sojka said.
Focus on India’s Engineering Capabilities
As the MD of India GCC, Nath will oversee operations to ensure seamless delivery of Epsilon’s technology solutions to clients worldwide. Speaking on his new role, he emphasized the potential of India’s tech talent in driving innovation.
Nath holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Surat, and a Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Advanced Computing Training School, Bangalore.
Epsilon’s India GCC plays a key role in the company’s global operations, focusing on data-driven solutions, marketing technology, and customer engagement platforms. Nath’s leadership comes at a time when global technology firms are expanding their India-based capabilities to enhance product development and operational efficiency.
