Mumbai: Zoom has announced the next phase of its Zoom Up Partner Program with the introduction of the Zoom Up Services Program. This initiative aims to equip partners with the tools and training necessary to deliver advanced post-sales services, including solution deployment, support, customer success and managed services across the Zoom platform. The first phase of the program has already been launched globally with early adopters, and a phased rollout will continue throughout FY26.
Driving Partner Success and Revenue Growth
The Zoom Up Services Program is designed to help partners scale their businesses by offering specialized enablement and hands-on training. It provides a structured approach to explore new revenue streams and create differentiated service offerings in the market.
The program includes three service models based on business needs and the level of engagement:
Reseller or Referral: Partners can continue to resell or refer Zoom-branded services under the existing model.
Certified Services: Qualifying partners who complete the required accreditations and training can deliver their branded services, endorsed by Zoom.
Partner-Delivered Programs: Certified Partners who meet Zoom’s proficiency, resource, and performance requirements can offer advanced post-sales services in collaboration with Zoom.
Zoom’s Commitment to Partner Growth
Nick Tidd, Head of Global Channel GTM at Zoom, stated that this program represents a major step in Zoom’s strategy to become a more partner-centric company. The initiative is aimed at helping partners scale their Zoom Services practice, unlock new revenue opportunities, and enhance customer service.
