New Delhi: At Cipla, Nupur Ajit D’souza has been appointed Head of Organisation Development and Talent Management.
Supported by more than 15 years of HR leadership experience at SBI General Insurance, EY, Sun Pharma, and IndusInd Bank, she has extensive knowledge in organisational design, talent development and transformation.
Nupur will lead strategic initiatives at Cipla that will improve organisational capacities and create talent frameworks that are prepared for the future. In the face of continuous change in the healthcare sector, her cross-industry experience and keen HR sense position her to play a critical role in furthering Cipla’s personnel strategy.
In her LinkedIn announcement, Nupur reflected on her career journey, saying:
