New Delhi, May 10 (APAC Media): As part of a significant bureaucratic restructuring, the Delhi government has transferred 12 IAS officers. As per the official order, IAS Vikas Anand has been appointed as the Secretary of the Information & Publicity Department.

Anand currently serves as the Secretary to the Delhi Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta. He will hold his new post in addition to his current role. Additionally, he has also been appointed as the Director of the Union Territory Civil Services (UTCS).

IAS Dilraj Kaur (2000 batch, AGMUT cadre) has been appointed Managing Director, Delhi Scheduled Castes Financial and Development Corporation (DCHFC) with additional charge of Managing Director, DSFDC.
IAS Nandini Paliwal (2003 batch) has been appointed Secretary (Vigilance) and has also been given additional charge of Secretary (Services) and Chairperson of the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB).
