Gurugram, June 20(CXO Media): Delhivery has launched Delhivery Maps, an AI-native mapping platform aimed at solving one of India’s biggest logistics challenges—poor and unstructured address data.
The company has opened the platform to businesses and developers after using the technology internally across its delivery network. A key part of the platform is Naksha LLM, Delhivery’s proprietary AI model designed to understand incomplete or informal addresses. According to the company, the model can identify missing details, correct address errors and convert unstructured address text into usable location data.
Unlike consumer-focused mapping services, Delhivery Maps has been built specifically for commercial operations. The platform considers factors such as vehicle type, road restrictions, traffic conditions and delivery requirements while generating routes.
The offering includes APIs for geocoding, reverse geocoding, address standardisation, routing, distance calculations and location search. Delhivery said the system is already being used across its logistics operations, supported by data generated from more than 100,000 vehicles and over a billion daily location signals.
The launch adds to Delhivery’s growing focus on AI-led products and infrastructure. The company has recently introduced AI-powered logistics tools and expanded technology-driven services across its network.
For the quarter ended March 2026, Delhivery reported a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 72 crore, while revenue from services increased 30% year-on-year to Rs 2,848 crore. For FY26, revenue from services rose 17% to Rs 10,486 crore, with consolidated profit after tax reaching Rs 153 crore.
