New Delhi, August 21(APAC Media): Colgate-Palmolive India is changing its top leadership.
Prabha Narasimhan will step down as Managing Director and CEO of Colgate-Palmolive India on September 27, 2026. She will move to a new global role as Executive Vice President – Marketing for Colgate-Palmolive’s Asia Pacific division.
Narasimhan became the company’s MD and CEO in September 2022. She will continue with the Colgate-Palmolive group in her new role.
Manish Anandani has been appointed as the new MD and CEO of Colgate-Palmolive India for a five-year term. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
Anandani is currently Managing Director for India and South Asia at Kenvue, the company formed from Johnson & Johnson’s former consumer health business.
He also has a long association with Colgate-Palmolive. Anandani joined the company in 2005 and worked across several roles in India and the Indochina region. He left Colgate-Palmolive in 2018 as Worldwide Director in its Global Customer Development function.
Anandani’s return comes after several years in senior consumer healthcare and FMCG roles. At Kenvue, he has been responsible for the company’s business across India and South Asia.
He holds a degree in electronics and an MBA in Marketing, along with an Executive MBA in Leadership from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
The leadership change will bring a familiar face back to Colgate India as the company prepares for its next phase under Anandani.
