New Delhi, August 21(APAC Media): Dhiraj Gare has been appointed Head of Human Resources at BMW Bavaria Motors, returning to the company in a senior HR role.
Gare brings over 13 years of experience in human resources and automobile dealership operations. His experience includes talent management, employee development, performance management and HR operations across multiple locations.
Before taking up his new role, Gare was Assistant General Manager at Shaw Tata Cars in Pune. He has also worked as Senior Human Resources Manager at Bavaria Motors Pvt Ltd and The Kothari Group.
Earlier, Gare served as Human Resource Manager at Ghatge Group and HR Management Senior Executive at Unique Automobiles.
Gare has built his career across the automotive and dealership sectors, with experience in managing HR functions and supporting employee and organisational development.
His return to Bavaria Motors marks a move back to an organisation where he previously held a senior HR position. In his new role, he will lead the company’s human resources function as Bavaria Motors continues to manage its workforce and operations across locations.
