RateGain’s New HR Leadership
Kailash brings more than two decades of experience in human resources and has worked across global markets. Before joining RateGain, she held senior leadership positions at companies including Amazon, Freshworks, IQVIA and Hubilo.
Her experience spans more than 30 countries, with a focus on building teams, developing organisational capabilities and managing people functions during periods of business growth.
At RateGain, Kailash will be responsible for the company’s people strategy as it expands its operations in North America and Europe. Her appointment comes at a time when the company is also integrating Sojern, the travel marketing technology company it acquired.
AI And Workforce Strategy
RateGain is increasing its focus on AI as part of its technology strategy, making workforce readiness another important area for its HR function. Kailash is expected to work on creating a workplace where employees can adapt to AI-driven changes while supporting the company’s broader technology expansion.
The appointment adds a new layer to RateGain’s leadership team as the company manages international expansion, integration following the Sojern acquisition and the growing use of AI across its business.
Kailash’s previous experience across technology and other global businesses is expected to support RateGain as it builds teams and organisational capabilities for its next phase of growth.
