Bengaluru, August 17(APAC Media): Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav as its new Head of Operations as the home services startup prepares for its next stage of expansion.
Yadav will take charge of operations at a time when Snabbit is scaling its service network and daily order volumes. He brings around 15 years of experience across operations, supply chain and consumer internet businesses.
Before joining Snabbit, Yadav co-founded quick fashion commerce platform Klydo. He has also held leadership roles at Udaan and Flipkart and is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi.
Leadership Change At Snabbit
Yadav takes over the operations function from Vikas Choudhary, who will move into a new role focused on Snabbit’s new businesses and emerging opportunities. Choudhary has led the company’s operations for the past 18 months, during which Snabbit expanded its presence across multiple cities.
The change comes as Snabbit looks to build a larger operating network and improve execution as service demand grows. The company has crossed 1 crore lifetime jobs and recently recorded more than 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day.
Snabbit Expansion
Snabbit currently operates across Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, with a presence across more than 150 micromarkets. Founder and CEO Aayush Agarwal said the company expects operations to become more complex as it works towards serving one million households a day. Yadav said his focus will be on strengthening execution, building scalable systems and maintaining reliable service as Snabbit expands.
