New Delhi, September 18 (APAC Media):Â GAIL (India) Limited has appointed Manoj Kumar Sharma, Executive Director at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), as Director (Projects). His appointment comes following his nomination by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
Sharma will hold the position until April 30, 2031, when he is scheduled to superannuate, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The appointment was approved by the GAIL Board on September 18, 2026, following Sharma’s nomination by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
Who Is Manoj Kumar Sharma?
Manoj Kumar Sharma is a senior professional in the oil and gas sector, with more than 30 years of experience across several areas of the energy industry.
His professional experience includes project management, engineering, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance.
Before joining GAIL as Director (Projects), Sharma was serving as an Executive Director at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).
