New Delhi, Sep 28(APAC Media): Google has appointed Nitin Gajria as Managing Director for Southeast Asia and South Asia Frontier Markets.
Nitin Gajria’s New Role At Google
Gajria will oversee Google’s business operations and growth strategy across Southeast Asia and South Asia’s frontier markets. His role will include working with business partners, strengthening regional partnerships and developing strategies for markets undergoing rapid digital adoption.
The appointment comes as technology companies increase their focus on emerging Asian markets, where businesses are adopting artificial intelligence, cloud services and other digital technologies.
Gajria’s Google Experience
Gajria has held several leadership roles at Google, with experience across partnerships, business development and regional operations. His previous responsibilities have included leading publisher partnerships across Asia Pacific and working across markets in Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Before joining Google, Gajria worked with A54, XA Network, Mead Johnson Nutrition and Procter & Gamble. His experience includes brand strategy, marketing, digital transformation, content strategy and regional business development.
Focus On Southeast Asia And South Asia
In his new position, Gajria will work across a diverse set of markets covering Southeast Asia and South Asia’s frontier economies. The role brings together his experience in regional business leadership and partnerships with Google’s broader focus on digital and AI adoption.
The appointment also expands Gajria’s regional responsibilities at Google as the company continues to build its presence across fast-growing Asian markets.
