New Delhi, Sep 28(APAC Media): Shilpi Sinha has joined Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine as Director, Country Head – GCO India.
In this role, Sinha will lead the company’s Global Clinical Operations (GCO) function in India, covering areas related to clinical operations and research activities.
Shilpi Sinha’s New Role
Sinha brings more than two decades of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, project management and quality management. Her appointment adds to Johnson & Johnson’s leadership team supporting clinical development activities in India.
Before joining Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Sinha spent more than 14 years at Bristol Myers Squibb. She most recently served as Director, Country Head RCO India.
Experience In Clinical Research
Sinha has worked across several areas of clinical research and operations during her career. At Bristol Myers Squibb, she held roles involving clinical operations, project management and quality functions.
Earlier, she worked at Parexel as Project Quality Lead. She began her career with Quintiles as a Clinical Team Lead.
With experience across pharmaceutical and clinical research organisations, Sinha’s new role will focus on the company’s Global Clinical Operations activities in India. Her career spans more than 20 years across clinical trials, research operations and quality management.
