New Delhi, Sep 30(APAC Media): Nothing has launched its new Headphone (1) Pro at $399, with India pricing and availability yet to be announced.
The launch expands Nothing’s headphone lineup into the premium segment, putting the new model in competition with products such as Apple’s AirPods Max 2 and Sony’s premium wireless headphones.
Nothing Headphone 1 Pro Features
The Headphone (1) Pro comes with a three-driver audio system, including a 40mm dynamic driver, a precision dynamic driver and an xMEMS driver for higher frequencies. It also has 10 microphones for calls and noise cancellation.
The headphones support active noise cancellation of up to 46dB, along with Dynamic Spatial Audio. Audio support includes LDAC, AAC, SBC and LC3 codecs.
Nothing has also added Bluetooth 6.1, Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair and dual-device connectivity. The headphones carry an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance.
Battery Life And Charging
The Headphone (1) Pro packs a 1,060mAh battery. Nothing claims up to 30 hours of playback with ANC enabled and up to 68 hours with ANC turned off.
The headphones charge through USB-C and support fast charging.
What It Means For Indian Buyers
The India price remains the key detail missing from the launch. Nothing has not confirmed when the Headphone (1) Pro will go on sale in India.
The international price of $399 is roughly ₹35,000 before taxes and other local costs, so the final India price is likely to be different.
Apple’s AirPods Max 2, meanwhile, are listed at ₹74,900 in India. This puts the two products in different price brackets, although the final comparison will depend on Nothing’s India pricing and availability.
For now, Indian buyers will have to wait for Nothing to announce the Headphone (1) Pro’s India launch date and official price.
