Kolkata, 3 September (APAC Media): As part of a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the West Bengal government has transferred 23 IAS officers. Accordingly, IAS Khalid Aizaz Anwar, currently Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has been appointed Secretary in the Finance Department.
