Chandigarh: The government of Haryana recently saw seven senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the state being transferred and posted. Following are the changes that were made:
- IAS Sudhir Rajpal, previously the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) overseeing School Education, Cooperation, Youth Empowerment, and Entrepreneurship, will now be serving as the ACS for School Education, Civil Aviation, Agriculture, and Farmers’ Welfare.
- IAS Raj Sekhar Vundru, who was serving as the ACS of Housing for All and Civil Aviation, has now been posted as the new ACS for Housing for All and Cooperation.
- IAS Vijayendra Kumar, formerly the Principal Secretary (PS) for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare, will now take charge of the Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare, while also serving as the CEO of Haryana Saraswati Development Board.
- IAS TL Satyaprakash has been appointed as the Chief Administrator of Haryana Shehari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), CEO of Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority, and Director-General of Housing for All. He was previously serving as the Director-General of Town and Country Planning.
- IAS Ashima Brar, formerly serving in the position of Director-General of Urban Estates and Medical Education and Research, has been appointed the Director-General for Secondary Education, State Project Director for Haryana School Shiksha, as well as the Director-General of Medical Education and Research.
- IAS Anshaj Singh, the former Director of Secondary Education, will now serve as the Director for Ayush and Director for Foreign Cooperation.
- IAS Amit Khatri, previously the Managing Director for Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) and Director of Archaeology and Museums, has now been appointed the Director of the Town and Country Planning Department, as well as the Director of Urban Estates.
