New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published the final results of the 2023 Civil Services Examination (CSE). This year Aditya Srivastava secured the top rank in the UPSC CSE 2023 examination.
Srivastava is originally from Lucknow. He attended CMS Lucknow’s Aliganj branch for his school education. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Technology from IIT Kanpur. Aditya has previously worked at Goldman Sachs.
This year’s exam aimed to fill 1,105 positions across various government departments. It had a preliminary test on May 28, 2023, followed by the main examinations in two shifts spanning three hours each, from September 15 to September 24. Personality tests were held from January 2 to April 9, 2024, for 1,026 candidates.
The final results decide who gets selected for services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS), and other central services. Candidates can check their results on the official website, upsc.gov.in.
