Bengaluru: Wibmo, a PayU company, has partnered with City Union Bank (CUB) and nStore to introduce the ‘Buyer Side ONDC Module’ for CUB’s retail customers. This initiative aims to improve the digital commerce experience by offering access to the Government of India’s Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), a platform designed to democratize online transactions between buyers and sellers.
The collaboration will provide CUB’s retail customers with enhanced convenience, security, and accessibility in their digital transactions. The ONDC initiative eliminates the need for dedicated platforms, creating a more open and inclusive digital marketplace.
Suresh Rajagopalan, CEO of Wibmo, emphasized Wibmo’s commitment to improving digital payment experiences through innovation and security. Dr. N. Kamakodi, Managing Director and CEO of City Union Bank, highlighted the bank’s dedication to adopting cutting-edge solutions for customers, noting that the partnership with Wibmo and nStore aligns with their mission to offer secure and convenient digital services.
This partnership is expected to empower users with greater confidence and ease in navigating the rapidly evolving digital commerce landscape in India.
