Mumbai: Salesforce, a leading AI-powered CRM platform, has announced a strategic collaboration with Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL) to enhance its digital capabilities. The partnership aims to streamline TCPL’s sales and distribution operations through the launch of a new Go-To-Market (GTM) platform, helping the company transform into a data-driven and digitally advanced organization.
Earlier, TCPL implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, and MuleSoft. These technologies enable TCPL to seamlessly integrate complex systems providing real-time market insights, resulting in greater speed and efficiency. By utilizing Salesforce’s advanced data management and AI technologies, TCPL has already started advancing its digital transformation journey.
