Her professional journey includes roles at Bajaj Consumer Care, ZEISS Group, and RPG Group, where she worked on creating high-performing teams and implementing HR strategies. Singh’s background highlights her ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and drive talent-centric initiatives.
A graduate of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Singh combines academic knowledge with hands-on expertise in human resources. Her appointment is expected to contribute to Microsoft’s efforts in building a resilient and future-ready workforce.
