She served as Facility Director and AVP at Marengo Asia Hospitals, where she oversaw operations and strategic growth initiatives. At Max Healthcare, she managed critical facilities in Delhi as Facility Director and General Manager, spearheading operational improvements and streamlining workflows.
Her career extends beyond healthcare, reflecting a versatile leadership profile. Rajwar worked with Reliance Communications as Zonal Manager and with HDFC RED as Regional Head, where she was responsible for driving revenue and strategic growth. Additionally, she contributed to wellness programs and business expansion as the Head of Corporate Relations at Max Healthcare.
In her new role at HealthCare Global, Rajwar is expected to focus on optimizing processes, aligning operational goals with patient outcomes, and supporting the organization’s mission to strengthen its presence in the healthcare sector.
