Bengaluru:Â Wipro has announced the appointment of Ranjita Ghosh as its Global Chief Marketing Officer, effective from February 1, 2025. In this capacity, she will lead all marketing projects for Wipro Limited across its geographies. Ranjita will report to the Chief Strategist & Technology Officer, Hari Shetty.
Ranjita began her journey with Wipro as a Senior Business Analyst at CIO’s Program Management Office. In her nearly 2 decade-long association with Wipro she has served in multiple leadership roles including Global Marketing Director (Innovation and Transformation Ecosystems) and Global Marketing Director (Telecommunications BU & Wipro’s Partner Ecosystem). Before this appointment, Ranjita was the Chief Marketing Officer of Wipro’s Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMEA) strategic market unit.
Ranjita brings diverse experience in the global technology services industry. Throughout her career, she has held various roles across different areas such as sales, business development, growth marketing, buyer experience, and ecosystem partnerships. She has also led Wipro’s global Market and Competitive Intelligence function, Analyst & Influencer Relations for APJ, Business Development, Program Management, and Consulting for the global Utility industry, and has mentored several high-performing teams and individuals throughout her career.
