AXISCADES Technologies Limited, has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on 15th January 2025, approved the appointment of Alfonso Martinez as its new ‘Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director’, effective 20th January 2025.
With over 25 years of global experience in Engineering and Technology services, Alfonso Martinez has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary teams and drive transformative growth. He joins AXISCADES at a pivotal time as the company aims to expand its global footprint and enhance its position as a Leader in Engineering Services, Defense and Deep Tech.
Proven Leadership and Track Record
Prior to joining AXISCADES, Martinez held several prominent leadership roles at globally renowned organizations:
- At Quest Global, he served as Global Business Head for Transportation and as President/Managing Partner, driving strategic initiatives and growth across verticals.
- During his 20-year tenure with Altran Group (now Capgemini), he discharged prominent roles, including:
- Managing Director of Altran Technologies Spain
- CEO of Altran Middle East
- Group Senior Vice-President for Aerospace, Defense, Railway, and Life Sciences
Throughout his career, Martinez has been credited with implementing forward-looking strategies and business transformations, fostering innovation, and delivering sustainable and profitable growth.
