Gurugram: Giesecke and Devrient (G+D), a global security technology company, has appointed Hemlata Goel as the Head of Human Resources for its India operations. Goel brings over two decades of diverse HR experience to G+D, with a strong background in HR transformation, mergers and acquisitions integration, business turnaround partnerships, organizational effectiveness, and leading global shared services.
Prior to joining Giesecke+Devrient, Goel served as Director of HR for Asia Operations and Global Back Office at Whirlpool Corporation, where she led HR operations across multiple geographies. Her career spans various industries, including tenures at Axtria-Ingenious Insights, SHL (formerly Gartner), Alcon, WNS Global Services, and InterContinental Hotels. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University, Post-Graduate degree in Business Analytics and Decision Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and has completed a leadership program from Harvard Business Publishing.
