Mumbai: IndoSpace, a leading developer of industrial and logistics parks, has appointed Moushumi D. as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Moushumi brings extensive experience in HR leadership, having previously held key positions at Blox.xyz, Compass, and Zycus. Before joining IndoSpace, Moushumi served in the role of Partner at Stealth Mode Startup Company. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR transformation, contributing to the success of fast-growing organizations. Her contributions to the HR field have earned her prestigious accolades, including the Times Woman Achievers’ Award and recognition as one of the Top 100 Power HR Leaders in Asia.
A management graduate from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), Moushumi’s deep expertise in modern HR strategies will play a pivotal role in strengthening IndoSpace’s human capital framework.
