Noida: Vishaal Gupta has been appointed as the President of Pearson’s Enterprise Learning and Skills (ELS) business unit, where he will lead the company’s enterprise solutions and vocational qualifications division. In this role, he will focus on expanding vocational training, enhancing learning solutions, and strengthening global partnerships. Additionally, he has taken on the role of Chair of Pearson’s India operations and is a member of the Pearson Executive Management (PEM) team, contributing to the company’s global strategic direction.
With nearly three decades of experience, Vishaal has held leadership positions at Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree, and HCLTech, driving business transformation, technology solutions, and market expansion. At Accenture, he led technology sales and partnerships across Europe. He also co-founded Unimobile, demonstrating his entrepreneurial skills. The startup was later acquired by VERISIGN.
With an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IIM Calcutta and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, he brings a strong academic foundation to his new role. As Pearson continues to expand its enterprise learning solutions, Vishaal’s strategic vision and expertise are expected to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and impactful learning experiences worldwide.
