Bengaluru: Razorpay has promoted Khilan Haria to the position of Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the company’s product expansion in India and Southeast Asia. Haria, who previously served as Senior Vice President – Product, has been with Razorpay since 2019, rising through various leadership roles.
In his new role, Haria will spearhead Razorpay’s product strategy, focusing on enhancing the company’s offerings to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that address key business challenges. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening Razorpay’s digital payment and business banking products, as well as driving international growth, particularly in Southeast Asia.
With a strong emphasis on the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) and Razorpay’s Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, Haria will work towards building an integrated product ecosystem. He will also guide the company’s global product roadmap, ensuring the development of industry-first solutions tailored for emerging markets.
Before joining Razorpay, Haria was the Vice President of Product Management at Treebo Hotels for nearly three years. He also served as a Product Manager at Yahoo from 2011 to 2014, gaining valuable experience in product development and management.
His elevation to CPO reflects Razorpay’s commitment to innovation and global expansion, positioning the company to strengthen its foothold in the fintech sector while catering to the evolving digital payment needs of businesses across multiple geographies.
