Vantage Circle Appoints John Land as Chief Advocacy Officer, Transforming the Employee Recognition & Reward Landscape

Vantage Circle, has appointed John Land as Chief Advocacy Officer for its global markets. Land will enhance employee recognition programs, bringing the ‘Flipping the R’s’ strategy to more organisations. Previously with Mercer, Land’s expertise will aid company growth in creating a culture of appreciation.

Land will spearhead efforts to elevate employee recognition programs, pushing the ‘Flipping the R’s – the recognition first strategy’ to shift organisational focus away from transactional incentives to culture-driven appreciation. Vantage Circle asserts this approach will redefine workplace acknowledgment across the globe.

Before joining Vantage Circle, John Land served as a partner at Mercer, working globally to drive HR digitization and talent strategies. His expertise is expected to strengthen Vantage Circle’s mission of fostering a recognition-based organisational culture, CEO and Co-Founder Partha Neog affirmed.
