CBC Chairman Adil Zainulbhai and SCOPE Chairman Sandeep Kumar Gupta were also present during the signing.
Focus on Training Board-Level Executives
The program aims to address challenges faced by senior and board-level executives in public sector organizations.
With industries evolving rapidly, DAKSH (Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony) is designed to enhance leadership capabilities, helping officials navigate uncertainties and drive organizational growth.
McKinsey & IIM-Ahmedabad as Knowledge Partners
McKinsey will contribute its expertise in leadership strategy, while IIM Ahmedabad will provide academic support for structured learning. The collaboration seeks to create a framework that aligns leadership development with the unique needs of the public sector.
By integrating insights from management experts and public sector leaders, DAKSH is expected to equip officials with skills to manage policy changes, technological disruptions, and sector-specific challenges effectively.
The initiative comes at a time when public sector enterprises are under increasing pressure to modernize operations and improve governance. With the government’s focus on capacity building, programs like DAKSH could play a crucial role in shaping future leadership. The success of this collaboration will depend on its execution and long-term impact on PSU leadership.
