Bengaluru: As part of a recent bureaucratic reshuffle, the Karnataka government has announced the transfers and fresh postings of two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, including IAS Dr Jagadeesha KG.
According to the official notification by the Karnataka government, IAS Dr Jagadeesha KG (2005 batch), belonging to the Karnataka cadre, has been appointed as Secretary of the Higher Education Department, replacing IAS Srikar M S Before this, he served as the Secretary of the Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Sciences, and Fisheries Department.
Apart from this, IAS Naveen Kumar Raju S (2017 batch) has been transferred from his position as Executive Director of the Karnataka State Mineral Corporation Limited, Bengaluru. He will now serve as Zonal Commissioner of Dasarahalli, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), Bengaluru.
These transfers aim to strengthen the administrative efficiency in key departments of the state.
