Srinagar: Under a major bureaucratic reshuffle in the state, the government of Jammu and Kashmir has announced the transfers and fresh postings of 20 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. According to the official notification, IAS Anil Kumar Singh (1995 batch) has been appointed the Principal Secretary of the Social Welfare Department.Â
In addition, Kumar has also been given charge as the Administrative Secretary of the Mining Department.
