Itanagar, May 12 (APAC Media): In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Arunachal Pradesh government has transferred four IAS officers. IAS Amjad Tak has been given the additional charge of Arunachal Pradesh’s Education and Public Health Engineering Department.
A 2005 batch officer, Tak is currently serving as Resident Commissioner and Divisional Commissioner (Central).
Other Key Transfers Include:Â
- IAS A.K. Singh (2010 batch) has been given additional charge of the Geology and Mining Department. Singh previously served as Commissioner (Land Management, Geology and Mining) and Secretary in the state.Â
- IAS Duly Kamduk (2013 batch), who previously handled Education and SPD (ISSE), has been relieved of the Education portfolio. He has now been posted to the Rural Works Department (RWD), where he will focus on infrastructure development and rural connectivity initiatives.Â
- IAS Vikek H.P. (2016 batch), currently serving as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Chief Secretary, has been transferred to the Health Department.Â
The reshuffle reflects the government’s aim to improve coordination, efficiency, and governance outcomes across key sectors in the state.Â
