‘One Case One Data’Â
The ‘One Case One Data’ initiative is a nationwide digital integration platform that will connect case-related information from high courts, district courts, and taluka courts.Â
Through this initiative, all records linked to a case across different levels of the judiciary will be integrated through a single digital platform. This will allow judges, lawyers, litigants, and court staff to access complete case information from one source.Â
Key Benefits of the Initiative
According to the judiciary, the integrated system is expected to bring several major improvements, including:Â
- Better tracking of cases across multiple courts
- Faster exchange of records and updates between judicial institutions
- Improved coordination and reduced duplication of records
- Easier access to organised case data
- Faster disposal of cases through efficient case management
AI Chatbot ‘Su-Sahayata’ IntroducedÂ
The Supreme Court has also launched ‘Su-Sahayata’, an AI-based chatbot available on the court’s official website. The chatbot has been developed by the National Informatics Centre.Â
The AI assistant will help users with:
- Filing procedures
- Supreme Court rules and guidelines
- Case status and related information
- Website navigation
- Frequently asked questions
- Other court-related services
Step Towards Faster and Transparent Justice Delivery
By integrating judicial data nationwide and employing the use of artificial intelligence to assist users, the Supreme Court aims to make justice delivery faster, more transparent, and more accessible to citizens.Â
