New Delhi, June 29(APAC Media): Irani Srivastava Roy has been appointed Head of HR – Greater India & Emerging Markets at Signify, expanding her leadership responsibilities within the company.
She was previously serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for Signify’s India Subcontinent business, where she led people strategy, talent management, organizational culture and HR transformation initiatives. Her latest appointment comes as companies continue to strengthen leadership teams to support business growth across multiple markets.
Before joining Signify, Roy held senior HR leadership positions across the banking, insurance, consulting and hospitality sectors. Her experience includes leadership roles at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, Accenture, India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation, Royal Bank of Scotland, HDFC Bank, PwC and Indian Hotels (Taj Hotels).
In her expanded role, she will oversee HR strategy for Greater India and Emerging Markets. Her work is expected to focus on talent development, leadership planning, organizational design, diversity and inclusion, change management and business partnering across regional operations.
