Hyderabad, July 26 (APAC Media): The Telangana government has carried out a major administrative reshuffle, transferring 13 IAS officers. One of the most significant appointments in the reshuffle is that of IAS N. Sridhar, who has been named Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister.
The appointment comes as the government prepares to assign the outgoing Chief Secretary the role of Advisor to the Government after his retirement.
The reshuffle also includes important changes in disaster management, municipal administration, tourism, industries and welfare departments.
Senior-Level Key Appointments
- IAS N. Sridhar – Appointed Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister
- IAS Shailaja Ramaiyer – Appointed Special Chief Secretary, Endowments Department; also given additional charge as Director General, EPTRI
- IAS Sabyasachi Ghosh – Given Full Additional Charge (FAC) as Special Chief Secretary, Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts; also serves as VC & MD, TG Handicrafts Development Corporation and MD, TGCO
- IAS Ahmed Nadeem – Appointed Special Chief Secretary, Political Affairs; given additional charge of Minorities Welfare Department

- IAS Rahul Bojja – Appointed Principal Secretary, Disaster Management Department; also holds additional charge of Backward Classes Welfare Department
- IAS M. Raghunandan Rao – Given additional charge as Secretary, Mines & Geology Department
