Bengaluru, July 9 (APAC Media): DXC Technology has opened its new AI-first Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru.
The move aims to strengthen the company’s global delivery network and reinforce its focus on helping enterprises move from AI experimentation to large-scale deployment.
The new center features immersive Customer Experience Zones, Fluid Collaboration Hubs, Ideation Studios, Co-Creation Labs, and Partner Experience Zones. These spaces are intended to enable DXC teams, customers, and partners to jointly develop AI-powered solutions, speed up AI adoption, and demonstrate innovation in real time.
Showcasing AI and Digital Capabilities
The new facility will showcase DXC’s expertise across AI, consulting, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and network transformation. It also focuses on integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems of record and IT operations.
A key feature of the center is its AI Hub, supported by a Cyber Range, Forensics Labs, Security Operations Center, and Network Operations Center. Together, these capabilities enable customers to design, test, deploy, monitor, and optimize AI solutions throughout their lifecycle.
On the launch, Ramnath Venkataraman, President, Consulting & Engineering Services at DXC Technology, stated, “Our new Customer Experience Center brings together our exceptional engineering talent in a space designed for deeper collaboration with customers and partners, where we can co-create, engineer, and scale AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges.
