New Delhi, 17 August (APAC Media): The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has ordered the posting of two IAS officers as Joint Commissioners in the Industries Department, including IAS Arjun Gupta.
Gupta is an officer of the AGMUT cadre, belonging to the 2024 batch.
Subsequently, IAS Benjo P. Jose (2024 batch), also from the AGMUT cadre, has been appointed to the same post.
The postings were approved by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. The induction of both the officers into the Industries Department is expected to strengthen the administrative setup of the department, which plays an important role in industrial development and policy implementation in the national capital.
