Noida, Aug 19 (APAC Media): L&T Technology Services (LTTS) on Wednesday said it has won a five-year engagement worth more than $75 million from a leading global technology enterprise.
The Larsen & Toubro subsidiary, in a regulatory filing, said the contract will see it deploy its Engineering Intelligence (EI) capabilities across the client’s entire product development and engineering lifecycle.
The engagement will support the development of next-generation solutions for the customer’s global product portfolio. The scope includes product engineering, software development, testing and validation, sustenance engineering, platform operations and other digital engineering services.
As part of the deal, LTTS will also deploy its broader suite of engineering intelligence solutions to help establish a dedicated engineering centre focused on technology and digital functions.
The company did not identify the client, citing contractual confidentiality provisions. It said the contract was awarded by an international entity and will be executed over a period of five years.
The win comes at a time when LTTS is expanding its focus on AI-led engineering and digital transformation services. Last week, the company launched AgenticIQ, an end-to-end agentic artificial intelligence platform aimed at helping engineering and manufacturing companies move autonomous AI applications from pilot projects to large-scale production.
According to LTTS, AgenticIQ is designed to enable multi-agent workflows across areas such as engineering, product development, manufacturing, industrial operations and customer experience.
The latest contract also follows the company’s June quarter performance. LTTS reported a 17.4 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹352 crore, while revenue rose by 11.5 per cent to ₹2,940 crore.
However, growth remained relatively muted on a constant-currency basis. Revenue growth stood at 1.9 per cent during the quarter, compared with 12.8 per cent in the corresponding period a year earlier.
The company expects its growing portfolio of engineering, digital and AI capabilities to support larger and more integrated engagements with global customers.
