Noida, Aug 19 (APAC Media): The initial public offering (IPO) of Horizon Industrial Parks entered its final day of subscription on Wednesday, with investors maintaining a cautious stance amid a modest grey market premium (GMP).
The ₹2,600-crore public issue, which opened for subscription on August 17, has a price band of ₹57-60 per share. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares, with proceeds earmarked primarily for reducing debt and meeting general corporate requirements.
Horizon Industrial Parks operates in the industrial and logistics infrastructure space, a segment that has benefited from growing demand for warehousing, distribution and supply-chain facilities across the country.

The IPO has a minimum lot size of 250 shares, requiring retail investors to make a minimum investment of ₹15,000 at the upper price band.
The issue is scheduled to close on Wednesday. Share allotment is expected on August 20, while the company’s shares are likely to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 24, subject to the completion of the applicable listing process.
With the IPO entering its closing session, investors are expected to closely monitor subscription levels and the movement in the grey market premium before the final decision on the issue.
