Bihar Govt Reshuffles 19 IAS Officers; Rajesh Kumar Appointed Commissioner, Patna Division

Patna, 19 August (APAC Media): The Bihar government has reshuffled 12 IAS officers. As per the official order, IAS Rajesh Kumar has been appointed as the Commissioner of Patna Division.

He previously served as the Principal Secretary of the Public Health Engineering Department.

IAS Arvind Kumar Choudhary, currently the ACS of the Cabinet Secretariat Department, has been given an additional charge as the Controller of Examinations, Bihar State Joint Entrance Examination Board.
IAS H R Srinivas has been transferred from the Social Welfare Department and posted as the Principal Secretary of the Rural Development Department. He will continue to hold the additional charge as the Commissioner of GAD.
IAS Pankaj Kumar, currently Principal Secretary of the Rural Development Department, has been transferred and posted as the Principal Secretary of the Home Department.
IAS Kundan Kumar, currently Secretary of the Industries Department, has been relieved of the additional charge as the Secretary of the Home Department.
