New Delhi, August 12(APAC Media): Ascent HR Technologies has appointed Shivaprasad Mundakana as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
He will take charge of the company’s people strategy, talent management and organisational development as Ascent HR Technologies continues to expand its business operations.
He joins Ascent HR Technologies from Optum, where he most recently served as Senior Director – People Team and Director – Human Capital Partner. His role at Optum included working on people and human capital initiatives across the organisation.
Mundakana has built his HR career across business partnering, talent management and organisational development. Before Optum, he served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner – India at Brave Bison and HR Business Partner at EFI.
Earlier Roles
His previous roles also include Manager – Human Resources at GE Lighting, a Savant company, and Manager – Human Resources at Oracle.
The appointment adds an HR leader with experience across technology and business functions to Ascent HR Technologies’ senior leadership team. In his new position, Mundakana will focus on employee experience, talent initiatives and aligning HR priorities with the company’s business plans.
