New Delhi, August 3(APAC Media): U.S. Bank has appointed Cynthia O’Connor as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its India operations, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its workforce and business presence in the country.
In her new role, O’Connor will oversee the company’s people strategy, talent management, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives across U.S. Bank’s India operations.
Before joining U.S. Bank, O’Connor was Director HR – HR Business Partner – Technology at NatWest Group, where she worked closely with technology teams on HR strategy and people initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Diversi Foods – Montana Bakery and Les Artisan Boulangers, and Sutherland Global Services.
With experience spanning employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and technology HR, O’Connor brings expertise across banking and corporate HR functions.
