Senior IAS officer B Janardhan Reddy has been appointed as the new Chairman of TSPSC (Telangana State Public Service Commission).
CM K Chandrashekar Rao has also finalized the remaining members of the recruitment board namely Karam Ravinder Reddy, Dhan Singh, Prof Linga Reddy, K Aruna Kumari, Sumitra Anand, and R Satyanarayana. A file sent to this effect has been approved by Governor after which names were announced.
Mr Janardhan Reddy, is one of the senior most officers who made a mark in several departments and has played a major part in the environmental protection space as well. Fond of Badminton and a fitness freak, he is presently the Principal Secretary for Agriculture, succeeds Ghanta Chakrapani as the new TSPSC chief.
