Chennai: Iris Global, as Ruckus’s Indian Distribution partner for the subcontinent, has delivered an order towards internalizing communications for the Chennai Airport, through its Partner, Netcon.
Michael Raj AR, Director – Smart Mobility Practice, Netcon – an Iris Global valued partner at Chennai, said, “AAI had floated an RFP for the airport for their internal wireless communication requirement, citing specific parameters. Netcon evaluated & found Ruckus products suitable. So, they secured the order.”“We have over 2 years of relationship with Iris. We value their immense flexibility, service & adherence to schedules” added Michael. Netcon delivered the Ruckus Controllers and Access Points to Chennai Airport. The installations that were done there are expandable & scalable, with options for adding more products and variants in the future.
