New Delhi: Engineers India Limited (EIL) and the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the fiscal year 2023-24 on Wednesday.
The MoU was signed by Pankaj Jain, the Secretary of MoP&NG, and Vartika Shukla, the Chairman & Managing Director (C&MD) of EIL. The signing ceremony was attended by Praveen Mal Khanooja, Additional Secretary of MoP&NG; Rohit Mathur, Joint Secretary of MoP&NG; Ashok Kumar Kalra, Director (HR) of EIL; Sanjay Jindal, Director (Finance) of EIL; Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial) of EIL; Rajiv Agarwal, Director (Technical) of EIL; Rajeev Gupta, Director (Projects) of EIL, and other senior officials from EIL.
In response to this development, Vartika Shukla, the C&MD of EIL, stated, “EIL’s outstanding performance is evident in our robust financial results for the fiscal year 2022-23. Over the past few years, EIL has strengthened its Green Business Portfolio and remains dedicated to achieving the highest ratings in all domains outlined in the MoU.”
