New Delhi: Infosys, the IT giant, has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Nilanjan Roy, who has been in the position since 2018. Roy will step down on March 31, 2024.
Infosys has also announced the appointment of Jayesh Sanghrajka as the new CFO, effective April 1, 2024. Sanghrajka brings over 25 years of extensive experience in various finance roles.
Since October 2015, Sanghrajka has been serving as the Deputy CFO for the Infosys Group, overseeing investor relations, business finance, corporate finance, treasury, and taxation.
The company expressed its gratitude for Nilanjan Roy’s contributions and confirmed that he will ensure a smooth transition until his last day with the company on March 31, 2024.
“Nilanjan Roy, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel has resigned from the services of the company. His last date with the company would be March 31, 2024,” Infosys stated in a filing.
