New Delhi: Santosh Sinha has been selected as the new Managing Director of the Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a Schedule-A company overseen by the Department of Food & Public Distribution.
The decision was made by the Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC), following interviews with six candidates. Three of the candidates were from CONCOR, two from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), and one from CWC. He emerged as the preferred candidate among the pool of contenders.
Sinha is currently serving as Executive Director (Project & Services) at Container Corporation of India (CONCOR), a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways. He also previously served with the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME).
